"The exercise I liked the most was the newly adapted the “life story, soul story and coach story” strategy.
This was one of the few times I was able to deliberately and intentionally put aside my trauma history and talk about all the wise choices I had made in childhood and all the fun and courageous childhood experiences I had had that lay dormant in my mind until now. OMG what a gift. I may even practice this one with my sibs.
